As natural as the craftsman home is balanced with its surrounding environment, there arises the need for modifications in some instances. If not for change to a design element of the house plans, a change may need to be made in order to meet the required building code for a specific area.
For specific changes to the overall design of a bungalow house plan, in most cases we refer to the house plan’s original designer and request a quote for modifications. For code changes to any specific house plan, bungalow or craftsman, it may be necessary for an architect or house designer in your area make these changes for you, since we don’t provide and architects stamp for every state. In either case, money can be saved considering your house plans are preexisting and not custom.
A majority of modification request to bungalow and craftsman house plans is not complex and can be made with relative ease at an affordable price. If the need for house plan modification should arise, especially for building code adjustment, a CAD file will be more cost effective and make it easier for the architect that will be making the change.
